The final piece of the Labyrinth Series, <Shadow and Dust>, aims to depict the process of creating finite space by “folding” infinite space. In this work, I attempted to make a labyrinth path using the shadow of my body. To achieve this, I required a vast, open space with the same ground color to ensure a consistent shadow. For this purpose, I walked for two hours in a straight line with the sun at my back in the Sahara Desert. The resulting video captures this journey. The more the shadow rotates, the more labyrinth paths develop.
